Came out after hours for a free inspection and showed us how we could easily take care of the loss without filing a claim or spending money.  It so great to know that people actually care, Billy didn't try and sell his services to make money when he had an opportunity to possibly get work. 

Mike and his crew went above and beyond to help make sure we knew the entire process and we were taken care of.  Treated us like family
