Fire preparedness is key in helping fire prevention.

SERVPRO of East San Antonio is equipped to respond any time of day or night for damage resulting from water damage, fire damage, mold damage, or storm damage. 

It's impossible to know when any of these types of damages could occur at your home. While we can't predict that, we can help you prepare for it.

An important part in preparing your household for the possibility of a fire is creating a home fire escape plan. Here is a link to resources on how to draw your own escape plan. Make sure that everyone in your house knows the plan in the event of an emergency. Practice the plan so that everyone in your household is familiar with it, and knows what to do in the event of an emergency. Replace your smoke alarm batteries at least once a year. You should replace your smoke alarms every decade or so.
