Fire damage San Antonio Electrical

This wall was directly affected by a fire damage from an electrical line in San Antonio, TX. Our SERVPRO team was dispatched and arrived immediately, we inspected the immediate source as well as all other rooms and contents affected from the damages.  As you can see in the before photo, take note of the extent of the smoke damage. The smoke had traveled throughout the room and left soot marks on the majority of the walls as well as causing charring and deep soot exposure to the framing of the walls. Our FRT Fire damage restoration technicians Identified that due to the amount of demo needed, no power and contents that needed cleaning and storage that this structure would need a pack out, demo of a large portion of walls in the structure and once put back together the belongings would be returned clean and as if nothing had ever happened. The after picture shows the areas where all drywall, insulation and contents have been removed.  Framing had to be sanded and cleaned to remove the dark soot stains.
