Hotel Water Damage Elmendorf Tub Overflow
We received a call for emergency services from a hotel property manager in Elmendorf, their building had someone fall asleep after turning on the tub, flooding 3 rooms out. Our SERVPRO team was dispatched and arrived immediately, we inspected the immediate source as well as all other rooms affected by the water damage. As you can see in the before photo damp carpet and contents as well as trashcans placed to catch the falling water from ceiling. Our WRT/ASD water damage restoration technicians Identified that several walls that were fully insulated were going to need to be cut out and ceilings needed to have access holes cut to determine if they needed more demo as well. We performed a controlled demolition, bagged and discarded the ruined materials, sanitized everything with an EPA registered disinfectant and dried out the affected areas with our advanced equipment. The after picture shows that the affected areas have fully dried out and are awaiting the repairs.
